Changes in the market have led to 'tailor-made advice'

The traditional role of the consulting agency is changing and KWA is responding. The advisory role, which draws on expert knowledge to draft a client report containing recommendations and conclusions on a specific subject, is no longer the only way of assisting our clients. Clients are requesting temporary support from experienced organizational specialists more frequently. That support ranges from supplying manpower for a specific subject to supplying a specialist to take over a management task.

Interim management often goes further than advising on individual aspects. In addition to specialist knowledge the manager also provides input for the process to be undertaken. Examples include internal and external communication, the procedures to be followed, the creation of a support base and the decision making necessary to achieve the desired objective. KWA also has exactly the right expertise and experience in this area.
